Facts and Questions

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY LEATHER PRODUCTS?

All of our leather products are made out of the finest leather and should be treated as your favourite leather wallet or handbag. You can use high-quality leather soap or a nubuck cleaning cloth to clean your products if necessary. To keep the leather in the best possible shape we recommend you to use a leather conditioner, this prevents the leather from drying out.

WHAT COLLAR SIZE SHOULD I ORDER FOR MY DOG?

As we carry many brands, the product sizes vary between designers.  The sizes for each dog collar is located in the product description.

Measure for a new dog collar with a piece of non-elastic string. Place the string around the dog's neck. Hold the two ends of the string together. Place two fingers of one hand under the string, so it's not tight on the dog's neck. Use scissors to trim the string. Measure the string and compare it with the collar measurements.

Here are some “rules of thumb” when sizing a collar for your dog:

    • Two fingers must be able to fit under the collar
      • When sizing for a dog collar, ensure it is not on the last hole

HOW DO I MEASURE MY DOG FOR A CLOTHING ITEM OR HARNESS?

        Clothing Items:

Have the dog stand for the measurement. Hold the end of a tape measure at the base of the dog's neck on the top of her back. Start approximately where the collar would fit. Pull the tape measure to the base of the tail. Record the measurement. This length is the measurement size for the different brands of our dog clothes.

        Dog Harness:

Ensure your dog is standing and measure their chest behind the front legs.
