    At Fetching Ware we are happy to return/exchange products within 30 days of the original purchase, we will happily exchange for another product on the site for equal value,  if you choose to add to your purchase we will send you an invoice for the extra cost.

    Please note that we DO NOT refund for change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing, it is important that you accurately measure your furry friends/babies & check our sizing guide for extra assurance.

    Product on sale or discount through promotion is considered a final sale and NO REFUND is accepted.

    To be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that:

    • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
    • The product is in its original packaging
    • The product isn't used or damaged
    • You send us photos of the product if you are stating that it is damaged or defective

    Products that do not meet the above criteria's will not be considered for return/exchange by Fetching Ware.

    Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

    You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Fetching Ware🐾

    Shipping charges incurred in connection with an exchange for a damaged or faulty item will be paid by Fetching Ware.

    Please send the product with its original packing and a pre-paid self addressed envelope for the return of your new product, alternatively when we receive your items we can send you an invoice for the returned postage ( & any extras if you choose to add to your order).


    In the unlikely event that your item(s) arrive damaged or otherwise unfit for use, we will provide a replacement or refund. Each item is personally inspected before leaving us & we only send items that we are completely satisfied with. If your item has arrived faulty or damaged , please contact us at
